Review

Noise, noise, noise. How can two musical instruments be so relentlessly aggressive? A drum and a bass make some of the noisiest hypnotic music on this list. And it ends up being pretty great! The whole thing is imbued with a decadence and an hypnotic quality that makes this really attractive to me.

Actually there is singing throughout the album but the noise is so relentless that often you cannot hear it, or if you can it is only slightly louder than subliminal. But the noise is not completely without melody, not at all, only it is very different from what we are used to.

Often this sounds more like drum 'n' bass than noise-rock, and it is the repetitive quality of it that makes its true greatness, after a while you get into the album's groove and you get stuck to it. Good noise.
