Review

50 cent is a slow rapper, not as in the attractive drawl of Snoop but as a guy who has been shot 9 times and didn't get completely fixed. That being said he manages to make a pretty fun album.

This is due not so much to 50 but to the excellent production job here. For an album by an artist with so much street cred it mostly plays like a party album rather than a hardcore gangsta album.

So it is often fun, particularly due to the omnipresent singles but it never really rises above the run of the mill mainstream rap album, and 50 really is not the most competent rapper around.
